This is the final document in our series of publications prepared by ORG and BASIC for the 2005 NPT review conference. It presents a concise set of key issues and specific recommendations that we considered as absolutely crucial for achieving a successful outcome in the conference. It draws on our earlier published briefing series and is also informed by an off-the-record consultation with State Parties delegations at the Palais de Nations in Geneva on 13 April 2005, co-hosted with UNIDIR.
