Oxford Research Group has published the third in a series of factsheets as part of our Secure Energy: Options for a Safer World project. The Risk of Nuclear Terrorism in the UK, by Professor Paul Rogers, shows that trends in mass casualty terrorism and economic targeting, especially the trend towards the targeting of energy facilities, point to the particular dangers of the expansion of civil nuclear power and makes it particularly unwise for Britain to build a new generation of nuclear power plants.
